1. The ability to put an individual action (mark spam, mark good) in the quick toolbar, currently can only put the whole menu in the quick toolbar.

2. The ability to put an individual action (mark spam, mark good) in a customized ribbon group. Currently cannot do this at all that I can find.

Those actions aren’t exposed individually in the UI, so you can only pin the full menu. Unless the developer adds separate commands for ‘mark spam’ and ‘mark good’, they can’t be added to the Quick Access Toolbar or a custom ribbon group.
