| It has managed to find some defunct accounts (and appears to have server info, etc.) so they must not have been deleted properly in TB.

| I have checked the correct AS folder and version 3.3.5.3_x64 Disabled the Kaspersky firewall and email virus scanner (that I didn't know was on). Kaspersky Anti-Spam was off.
